Description
BRInvestYuk is a crowdfunding mobile app with a web content management system for one of the teams at the emBRIO program run by BRI. Crowdfunding refers to a service that engages the larger community via information technology by offering investments in projects, business units, receivables, and other investment items.
Brief
BRInvestYuk team want to offers a range of investment products that can be chosen according on the level of risk that potential investors are willing to take: bank deposit products; trade finance products (including import and export financing); Customers of banks • Bills accepted by bankers Bank.
Process
In accordance with the brief and user needs we as a team of UI/UX Designers, System Analysts, Front-end Developers, and Back-end Developers we simply need to execute the sprints that have been set up by the project manager and do sprint planning and sprint reviews every two weeks since we work on the requirements in accordance with the needs that have been adjusted. Each sprint, we hold online Zoom sessions with the development team to conduct check points to match each task, the support needed, and the blocker faced by each role. We successfully completed the project such that team 8, also known as BRInvestyuk, successfully pitched to the directors and won second place in the bank BRI embryo competition.
